*About the Job*
We are hiring *BDO for Bank Liability & CASA Relationship* in Chennai.
*Job Responsibilities:*
1. *CASA Acquisition* - Acquire Savings Account & Current Account customers
2. *Liability Business* - Build and manage liability portfolio for branch
3. *NTB Customers* - Source *New-to-Bank customers* through referrals, market, society
4. *Relationship Building* - Maintain relationship with existing CASA customers for cross-sell
5. *Field Work* - Daily visits to meet HNI, SME, Retail customers for account opening
6. *Documentation* - Ensure proper *AOF, KYC, CKYC* as per bank compliance
7. *Target Achievement* - Achieve monthly targets for account volume, value & balance
*Skills Required:*
`CASA Sales` `Liability Sales` `Banking Sales` `Relationship Management` `NTB Acquisition` `Field Sales` `KYC` `Customer Service`
*Who Can Apply:*
- Experience in *Bank Liability Sales / CASA Sales / DSA Banking* preferred
- Good communication in *Tamil + English*
- Must have *2-Wheeler + Driving License*
- Target driven with good convincing skills
- Knowledge of banking products is an advantage
