A BPO Telecaller is responsible for making and receiving calls to assist customers or promote company services. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing information about products or services, resolving complaints, and maintaining good communication. Telecallers should have basic computer knowledge, good speaking skills, and the ability to understand customer needs. They play an important role in building customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
