Job Description
Locations: Vellore, Ambur, Ranipet, Chennai (Chindadaripet), Villupuram, Trichy, Madurai
Role Overview: The Branch Manager is responsible for leading branch operations, driving sales growth, managing resources, and ensuring smooth administration. This is a hands‑on role where the manager actively engages in customer acquisition and retention while overseeing overall branch performance.
- Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Customer Acquisition
- Actively meet customers one‑to‑one to drive business growth.
- Develop strategies to increase branch revenue and expand client base.
- Branch Operations
- Ensure timely pickups, deliveries, and service quality.
- Monitor day‑to‑day logistics and operational efficiency.
- Office Administration
- Manage documentation, compliance, and reporting.
- Coordinate with staff to maintain smooth office functioning.
- Resource Management
- Optimize manpower, vehicles, and other assets.
- Train and guide team members to achieve performance targets.
