Job Description
Inside Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to promote and sell tax-related services such as GST filing, Income Tax filing, company compliance, and other business services. The candidate will be responsible for converting leads into customers through effective communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for tax and compliance services
- Explain services like GST filing, Income Tax returns, company registration, and compliance products
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Follow up with interested prospects and close deals
- Maintain customer data and update CRM regularly
Requirements:
- 1 – 5 years of experience in inside sales/tele sales (preferably in tax/compliance services)
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English preferred)
- Basic understanding of GST, Income Tax, or business compliance services
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
