Job Description
Key Job Description Details:
- Customer Handling & Gold Appraisal: Attending to clients, accepting, and appraising gold jewelry to determine purity and value.
- Loan Processing & Documentation: Assisting customers with loan documentation, verification, and maintaining customer accounts.
- Sales & Marketing: Engaging in field visits and in-branch cross-selling of financial products like insurance, mutual funds, and loans.
- Operations & Accounts: Managing cash collection, preparing daily reports, maintaining vouchers, and conducting follow-ups for interest collection.
- Working Conditions: Usually Monday to Saturday, often requiring high-pressure sales targets and direct customer service, often with, on occasion, Sunday working hours.
