Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team. The Sales Agent will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building strong relationships with customers. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Identify potential customers through cold calls, networking, and leads
  • Understand customer needs and offer appropriate products/services
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain follow-ups and strong client relationships
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions (CRM)
  • Provide post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Report market trends and customer feedback to management
