Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with outbound calls, follow-ups, and converting prospects into customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, and social platforms
  • Handle inbound leads and convert them into sales
  • Maintain and update customer database / CRM
  • Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions
  • Follow up with prospects regularly to close deals
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare and share regular sales reports


Required Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confidence in handling cold calls and objections
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools / Excel
  • Good listening and problem-solving ability
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
