🔹 1+ year of experience in B2B sales.
🔹 Experience in FMCG/F&V added advantage.
🔹Qualification: +2 or any UG.
🔹 Immediate Requirement need.
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales and expand market presence in the fruits and vegetables (F\&V) sector. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships (retailers, wholesalers, modern trade, HoReCa, aggregators), and ensuring smooth execution of supply to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new customers including retailers, wholesalers, supermarkets, hotels, and restaurants.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
Achieve weekly/monthly/quarterly sales and collection targets.
Explore new market segments and create growth strategies.
Key Skills & Competencies
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Result-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to travel within assigned territory.
