Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals with contractors, builders, architects, and end customers.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities in the construction sector
- Generate leads through site visits, networking, cold calling, and referrals
- Present products/services (e.g., materials, construction services, projects) to clients
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, project teams) for smooth execution
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
