Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Outcall Default/delinquent/NPA accounts and collect Outstanding due.
Ensure regular and timely follow-ups on delayed payments and closure by collecting the due amount.
Adherence to Key Tele-Calling Parameters like Attempt Count, Login Time, Idle Time, Talk Time, PTP Generation and Conversion.
Achieving DRR and Milestones consistently and ensure to achieve the Collection Target set for the month.
Ensure effective use of rebuttals while trying to negotiate and convince the customer to make the outstanding payment.
Work on NC and challenging cases and ensure conversion.
Ensuring 100% adherence to Dos and Don’ts and COC laid down by the organization while making calls to customers.
Achieving the given targets for the key portfolios like EMI Bounce, Bounce & Penal Charges.
Other basic hygiene like, attendance and login adherence.
