Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth, recruit and train a team of Insurance Advisors, and expand our customer base. This is a high-impact role offering excellent earning potential, leadership opportunities, and career advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Team Building: Recruit, onboard, and mentor Insurance Advisors/Agents.
- Sales & Business Growth: Drive sales through your team and personal interactions to achieve business targets.
- Training & Motivation: Provide ongoing guidance, coaching, and motivation to ensure the team meets sales and performance goals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients and business partners to promote long-term business.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sales practices.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum Graduation preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales, marketing, insurance, or customer service experience is a plus
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn
- Leadership or team management experience preferred
- Freshers with a strong learning attitude are welcome
