Placement Point Solutions is seeking a dedicated and result-oriented Collection Executive (Cash Collection) to join our team in Velachery, Chennai. The primary responsibility of this role is to follow up with students and ensure timely collection of pending course fees.

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Follow up with students (via phone, email, or in person) for fee collection as per the payment schedule.

• Maintain accurate records of payments, dues, and follow-up status.

• Coordinate with the accounts departments and direct Management for collection-related matters.

• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/Monthly collection reports.

• Ensure collection targets are met on time.

*Candidate Requirements:*

• Experience: Minimum 6 Months of experience in collections (preferably from an educational institution or related sector).

• Good communication and negotiation skills in Tamil and English.

• Willing to work from the Velachery location.

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
