Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and attend walk-in customers in the showroom
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable tiles and designs
  • Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly
  • Maintain proper display and cleanliness of the showroom
  • Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and billing team for order processing
