Job Description

  • Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote subscription plans
  • Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable subscription packages
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Handle customer objections and provide effective solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details in CRM
  • Follow up with leads and ensure conversion
  • Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
  • Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales (preferred)
  • Strong communication and convincing skills
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
  • Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling
  • Fluency in required languages (English, Hindi, Tamil – based on requirement)
