We are looking for a smart, polite, and communication-focused Ratings Analyst who can regularly interact with passengers after travel, understand customer feedback, solve complaints quickly, and improve our ratings on RedBus and other booking platforms.
The candidate should build a strong relationship with customers through follow-up calls, WhatsApp support, and issue resolution to maintain premium service standards for our buses.
