Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Associate Trainee

Job Type: Full Time

Duration: 6 months

Stipend: Rs.7000 per month


Job Summary:

A highly motivated Customer Support Associate Trainee with a strong interest in client servicing and problem-solving. Responsible for assisting in handling customer queries, resolving complaints, supporting tracking-related issues, coordinating field service visits, and participating in renewal follow-ups. Focused on delivering excellent customer experience through clear communication, timely responses, and a proactive approach to learning and service excellence. Post training period, the candidate will be considered for a permanent role within the organisation based on their performance.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle customer complaints and service queries professionally
  • Resolve tracking-related issues in a timely manner
  • Schedule field service visits and coordinate appointments
  • Interact with business clients and maintain strong relationships
  • Make renewal calls and explain service plans
  • Follow up on pending issues and customer requests
  • Coordinate with internal teams for quick resolutions
  • Provide regular updates to customers and clients
  • Maintain customer records and service reports
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
  • Support daily customer service operations
