Job Description
Job Title: Customer Support Associate Trainee
Job Type: Full Time
Duration: 6 months
Stipend: Rs.7000 per month
Job Summary:
A highly motivated Customer Support Associate Trainee with a strong interest in client servicing and problem-solving. Responsible for assisting in handling customer queries, resolving complaints, supporting tracking-related issues, coordinating field service visits, and participating in renewal follow-ups. Focused on delivering excellent customer experience through clear communication, timely responses, and a proactive approach to learning and service excellence. Post training period, the candidate will be considered for a permanent role within the organisation based on their performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer complaints and service queries professionally
- Resolve tracking-related issues in a timely manner
- Schedule field service visits and coordinate appointments
- Interact with business clients and maintain strong relationships
- Make renewal calls and explain service plans
- Follow up on pending issues and customer requests
- Coordinate with internal teams for quick resolutions
- Provide regular updates to customers and clients
- Maintain customer records and service reports
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
- Support daily customer service operations
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
- CRM / ticketing tool handling
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline
- Knowledge of customer service processes

- Fluency in English and regional language preferred
