Job Description

1. Onboard new leads/customers and explain the product or service clearly.

2. Verify customer details and register them in the app.

3. Follow up with customers to maintain good relationships and encourage repeat business.

4. Work closely with senior officials to understand targets and support the team.

5. Build strong customer relationships to secure consistent business.

6. Coordinate with internal teams and transporters to secure loads.

7. Handle tasks efficiently under pressure and meet assigned deadlines.
