Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Reach out to manufacturers, traders, distributors, and business owners through outbound calls.
  • Introduce FR8's truck transportation and logistics solutions to potential customers.
  • Identify customer transportation requirements and freight movement needs.
  • Onboard new customers onto the FR8 platform and explain the service process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into active business accounts.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth transportation services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, onboarding status, and business opportunities.
  • Resolve customer queries related to transportation, pricing, and service offerings.
  • Achieve monthly customer acquisition and revenue targets.
