Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and organized person to handle customer communication and day-to-day order coordination at RegenXGen.
The role involves responding to customer queries on WhatsApp and email, following up on orders, processing dispatch updates, and coordinating with factory, courier and customers
Candidates should have good communication skills, be comfortable using WhatsApp, Gmail, and Excel/Google Sheets, and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Prior experience in customer support, operations and sales coordination is preferred.
Fluency in English and Tamil is must.
Ability to speak Hindi will be an asset.
