Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls related to e-commerce services
Address customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Follow company policies and standard operating procedures
System Requirements (Mandatory)
Personal Laptop (Government-issued laptops are not permitted)
Processor: Intel i5 or above / AMD Ryzen 5 or above
RAM: Minimum 10 GB
Operating System: Windows 10 or above
Internet Connection: Broadband with minimum 30 Mbps speed
Candidates must attend the interview using a laptop
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Undergraduate or Graduate (any discipline)
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates (minimum 6 months preferred)
Age Limit: Up to 30 years
Language Requirements
Proficiency in Tamil OR Malayalam (mandatory)
Basic English skills (reading and understanding)
Work Schedule
6 working days per week
Rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs
9 hours login per day (8 hours working + 1-hour break)
