Customer Support Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Tele calling Executive to communicate with potential and existing customers, generate leads, explain company products or services, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Location: Chennai, Coimbatore, Bangalore, Pondicherry

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain the company's services to customers.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and pending orders.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Update customer databases with accurate information.
• Prepare daily call reports and submit them to the reporting manager.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

  Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in tele calling, telesales, customer service, or a similar role.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
