Roles and responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills in english (verbal and written)
- The candidate should have an interest in the international voice process.
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone and chat.
- Resolving customer queries at the first point of contact.
- Adhere to internal policies to ensure compliance with legal parameters as well as company policies and procedures.
- Recording and updating customer information via the organization's internal systems.
Desired candidate profile
- Only male candidates can apply
- Experience in international voice will be added advantage.
- Should be willing to work in Night shift and rotational week off.
- Immediate joining will be given first preference
- Very Good English communication
