Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller – Collections (Voice Process)

Company: AMS Comtel BPMS Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai

Industry: BPO – Banking (Credit Card Collections)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to manage a team of collection executives for a domestic voice process (credit card collections). The candidate will be responsible for achieving monthly recovery targets, team performance, and client coordination.

Requirements:

Minimum 6Month of experience as Telecaller collections (voice process preferred)

Experience in credit card collections (mandatory)

Strong team handling and leadership skills

Good communication and reporting skills

Knowledge of dialer and CRM systems

Shift Timing: 8 A.M - 5.30 P.M , 8.30 A.M - 6.00 P.M , 9.00 A.M - 6.30 P.M

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
