Job Description
Position: Sales Consultant – Real Estate
Location: Poonamallee, Chennai ( Near Govt Hospital )
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month
Job Description:
Identify and generate leads for residential and commercial properties.
Conduct site visits and explain property features to potential customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow up with clients and convert inquiries into sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
Coordinate with the sales team and management for smooth deal closures.
Maintain customer records and prepare sales reports.
Requirements:
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of real estate sales.
Ability to achieve sales targets.
Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
Salary: Up to ₹40,000/month + Incentives
