Field Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate will identify prospective customers, conduct site visits, build strong client relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits with clients.
- Present project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to execute promotional activities.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or field sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
