Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join the retail team at GoGizmo and GoFix. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales of laptops, mobile phones, mobile accessories, gadgets, and value-added services while delivering an excellent customer experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAttend walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
• Sell laptops, smartphones, mobile accessories, gadgets, and related products.

Promote and explain value-added services such as:

• Device protection plans
• Extended warranty
• AMC packages
• Repair services
• Data transfer and setup services
• Accessories bundles
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain product knowledge of latest devices, specifications, and offers.
• Upsell and cross-sell products and services to maximize revenue.
• Ensure proper display and merchandising of products in the store.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with the service team for customer support and issue resolution.
• Maintain billing accuracy and assist in stock management.
• Build strong customer relationships for repeat business.
