Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our digital marketing services, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for the Business Development team. The role also involves following up with prospective clients, handling customer queries professionally, maintaining call records, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have good communication and convincing skills, be fluent in Tamil and English, and be comfortable working towards daily and monthly targets.


Experience: Minimum 6 months in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, Voice Process, or BPO.

Eligibility:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, Voice Process, or BPO.
  • Fluency in Tamil and basic English is mandatory.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.

Location: Chennai

Job Type: Full-time | Work from Office

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 + Attractive Incentives
