Housekeeping Supervisor Cum Station Service Manager

Housekeeping Operations

• Supervise day-to-day housekeeping activities at assigned stations/facilities.
• Ensure cleanliness of station premises including platforms, concourse, staircases, elevators, escalators, toilets, staff rooms, parking areas, and surrounding premises.
• Monitor deployment and attendance of housekeeping staff across shifts.
• Ensure proper usage and maintenance of cleaning equipment, tools, chemicals, and consumables.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintain housekeeping quality standards.
• Coordinate deep cleaning activities and periodic maintenance schedules.

Station Service Management

• Ensure smooth functioning of station support services and passenger amenities.
• Coordinate with station operations personnel for resolving service-related issues.
• Monitor cleanliness and functionality of public utility areas and customer-facing infrastructure.
• Handle passenger complaints/suggestions related to housekeeping and station services and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain service standards in accordance with client/company requirements.

Manpower Supervision

• Allocate duties and shifts to housekeeping staff and supervisors.
• Provide on-job guidance, discipline, and training to deployed personnel.
• Ensure grooming, uniform compliance, and professional conduct of staff.
• Verify attendance, leave records, overtime, and deployment reports.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, SOPs, and workplace hygiene standards.
• Report accidents, unsafe conditions, damages, or operational issues immediately to management.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Support emergency response procedures and evacuation protocols when required.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily housekeeping checklists, attendance records, inspection reports, and material consumption logs.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports for management.
• Coordinate with vendors and stores for housekeeping materials and inventory requirements.
• Ensure timely submission of reports and escalation of operational issues.

Coordination & Client Management

• Liaise with client representatives, station officials, and operations teams.
• Attend operational review meetings and implement corrective actions as instructed.
• Ensure contractual service levels and KPIs are consistently achieved
