Job Description
HR Executive (PF & ESI)
- Handle PF (Provident Fund) and ESI (Employees' State Insurance) processes.
- Manage PF & ESI registration, contributions, claims, and compliance.
- Maintain statutory records and ensure timely filings.
- Support payroll processing and attendance management.
- Handle employee documentation and HR records.
- Coordinate with government authorities regarding PF & ESI matters.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in HR Operations.
- Good knowledge of PF, ESI, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Good communication and documentation skills.
Note :Experience: 1+ Years
Salary: 10% to 30% Hike on Current CTC
