Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven HR professional to manage our internal growth and HR operations. You will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of our core team (Recruiters, BD Managers, and Accounts) while ensuring 100% compliance with PF, ESI, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Internal Talent Acquisition (The "Hunter" Role)
- Recruiting Recruiters: Identify, headhunt, and hire high-performing recruitment professionals from agencies across Chennai/Tamil Nadu.
- Specialized Hiring: Source and close candidates for Business Development (BD) and Accounts roles based on company needs.
- Culture Screening: Conduct rigorous interviews to ensure candidates possess a "Growth Mindset" and fit our work ethic.
- Negotiation: Manage incentive and salary negotiations to successfully close top-tier talent.
2. Statutory Compliance & Documentation
- PF & ESI Management: Handle end-to-end ESI/PF Registration for new joiners and timely Monthly Filing.
- Employee Documentation: Execute the full "Entry to Exit" cycle:
- Drafting and issuing Offer Letters and Appointment Letters.
- Conducting formal Onboarding and Induction.
- Managing Exit Formalities and Full & Final (F&F) settlements.
- Employee Queries: Act as the primary point of contact for all employee grievances and policy clarifications.
3. Operations & Development
- Attendance Monitoring: Maintain and monitor the daily attendance system and leave records.
- Training: Coordinate and facilitate training programs to ensure new hires are productive from Day 1.
- Salary Inputs: Prepare accurate monthly attendance and deduction data for salary processing.
Required Candidate Profile
- Recruitment Expertise: Proven experience in "hiring recruiters" and headhunting for sales/BD roles.
- Portal Knowledge: Hands-on experience with the EPFO and ESIC portals (Registration & Filing).
- Communication: Strong negotiation skills; fluency in English and Tamil is preferred.
- Detail-Oriented: Highly organized with employee records and legal documentation.
