*Job Summary:*
Handle end-to-end recruitment for real estate sales, telecalling, and support roles. Ensure timely closure of positions with quality hires while maintaining strong candidate experience.
*Key Responsibilities:*
*1. Recruitment & Sourcing*
- Collect manpower requirements from Team Leaders/Managers every week
- Post jobs on Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp groups, and local channels
- Source profiles via portals, walk-ins, referrals, consultants, and weekend drives on Sunday
- Screen resumes and conduct first-level telephonic/video interviews
*2. Interview Management*
- Coordinate interview slots with candidates and hiring managers, especially for Sunday walk-ins
- Share JD, company details, and interview venue/reminder calls
- Ensure maximum candidate turnout for weekend interviews
- Take feedback post-interview and manage next-round scheduling
*3. Offer & Onboarding*
- Negotiate salary as per approved bands and release offer letters
- Complete document verification, reference checks, and BGV
- Conduct joining formalities and induction, including Sunday joinings if required
- Update HRMS/Excel with employee master data on the day of joining
*4. MIS & Pipeline Building*
- Maintain real-time tracker of sourcing, calls, walk-ins, offers, and joins
- Submit daily call reports and weekly hiring dashboard to management
- Build candidate pipeline for urgent roles to support Sunday operations
- Track source-wise cost per hire and TAT for each position
*5. Other HR Support*
- Handle candidate queries and ensure smooth experience from application to joining
- Coordinate with admin for interview arrangements on Sundays
- Support employee engagement activities when required
- Follow up with no-shows and maintain re-connect database
*Key Skills Required:*
- Graduate with 1-3 years in volume hiring, real estate/BPO preferred
- Strong communication in Tamil & English; Hindi is an advantage
- Comfortable working on Sundays and managing weekend walk-ins
- Proficient in job portals, Excel, and basic HRMS
- High follow-up skills and target-oriented mindset
