Job Description

Job Title:HR Recruiter

Job Timing:9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Call candidates and explain job details
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews
  • Handle daily walk-in candidates
  • Follow up with candidates for joining
  • Maintain candidate data in Excel
  • Coordinate with factory team for hiring needs
  • Requirements:Basic communication skills (Tamil required)
  • Should be active in calling and follow-up
  • Basic Excel knowledge
  • Male / Female both can apply
  • Immediate joiners preferred
