Office Location: Guindy - 600032 & Maraimalai Nagar - 603209, Chennai.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Source, screen, shortlist for grey/blue-collar hiring
  • Proficient in using job portals such as - ApnaJobs, WorkIndia, JobHai, Shine.com
  • Manage high-volume frontline worker recruitment for E-Comm/Manufacturing/Logistics roles ( Technicians, Helpers, Welders & Fabricators, Warehouse Workers, Forklift Operators, Pickers & packers, etc.)
  • Track daily hiring metrics and ensure target achievement
  • Coordinate with clients for requirements and feedback
  • Ensure quality hiring and quick turnaround time

Requirements:


  • 1–4 years of recruitment experience with team handling
  • Graduation Mandatory
