Job Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Relationship Managers / Senior Relationship Managers who will guide clients in finding suitable matches and convert prospective customers into paid members.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome customers to the office and create member profiles
* Understand customer requirements, preferences, and expectations
* Schedule meetings/appointments for existing and prospective clients
* Contact customers over calls and invite them to the office
* Search, screen, and shortlist suitable matches
* Coordinate meetings between prospective brides and grooms
* Maintain strong relationships with members
* Provide excellent customer service and follow-up with clients
* Convert prospects into paid memberships
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
Eligibility Criteria
* Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Kannada/Tamil/Telugu preferred)
* Basic computer knowledge
* Customer handling skills
* Positive attitude and sales mindset
* Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
Salary & Benefits
* Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)
* Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives (₹5,000 – ₹30,000+ per month)
