Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Site Management: Visit project sites, evaluate wall surface preparation (cleaning, priming), and verify site readiness.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate daily activities for installation crews, providing technical guidance, and ensuring proper techniques for various materials.
- Quality Control: Inspect ongoing and finished work to ensure precision in alignment, pattern matching, and finish, adhering to industry standards.
- Project Oversight: Manage project schedules, minimize material wastage, and resolve on-ground challenges.
- Reporting & Logistics: Document progress, management report, and ensure materials are on hand. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a supervisory or senior-level experience.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of wallcoverings (vinyl, fabric, prepasted), adhesive types, and surface preparation.
- Leadership: Strong communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to read drawings, measure accurately, and operate tools for cutting and hanging.
