Job Description
Quality Inspector
Role:
Inspect parts to ensure they meet drawing and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in-process & final inspection
- Use measuring tools (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge)
- Record inspection results
- Identify and segregate defects
- Follow Control Plan and drawings
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma (Mechanical)
- 1–3 years experience
- Basic drawing reading
Quality Manager
Role:
Manage overall quality system and ensure customer compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan
- Handle PPAP and customer requirements
- Monitor PPM, audits, and quality performance
- Lead RCA (8D, Why-Why)
- Manage team and supplier quality
Requirements:
- B.E (Mechanical Engineer)
- 3+ years experience
- Strong quality system knowledge
