Project Coordinator

Ensure client satisfaction and project success by delivering work on time and profitably through proper budgeting, planning, procurement, and regular issue resolution, resulting in smooth execution and timely completion.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Plan project budgets by estimating material, labor, and resource costs based on scope and schedule to ensure financial control and profitability.

2. Monitor project progress by tracking timelines, quality, and budget variances to achieve timely and efficient execution.

3. Conduct review meetings with teams and clients to assess execution status, resource planning, and billing progress for proactive issue resolution.

4. Track resources (men, machinery, and materials) daily to optimize utilization and reduce wastage.

5. Control project expenses by reviewing and comparing actual costs with approved budgets to prevent overruns.

6. Maintain client communication through regular updates and prompt issue resolution to ensure transparency and satisfaction.

7. Manage billing and collections by ensuring timely invoice submission and payment follow-up to maintain smooth cash flow.

8. Address site challenges including additional works, hindrances, and quality deviations to minimize rework and delays.
