- . Installation & SetupInstall machines/equipment at customer sites
- Ensure proper wiring, calibration, and configuration
- Test the machine after installation
- 2. MaintenancePerform regular preventive maintenance
- Check machine performance and avoid breakdowns
- Replace worn-out parts
- 3. Troubleshooting & RepairIdentify technical problems in machines
- Repair faults quickly to reduce downtime
- Handle electrical, mechanical, or software issues
- 4. Customer SupportExplain machine usage to customers
- Provide training to operators
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- 5. DocumentationMaintain service reports
- Record issues, solutions, and parts used
- Submit daily/weekly service updates
- 6. TravelVisit different customer locations (local or outstation)
- Be ready for urgent service calls
