Job Description

  • Generate new insurance business through field activities and references
  • Meet prospective customers directly and explain insurance solutions
  • Procure health, motor, life, fire, marine, liability, and group insurance policies
  • Develop relationships with corporates, SMEs, and individual clients
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with internal team for quotations, policy issuance, and renewals
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain daily activity and lead tracking reports
  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
  • Build referral and networking channels
  • Support claim assistance and customer servicing when required
