Job Description
Job Role: Interior Site Supervisor
Location: Ramapuram, Chennai
Experience: 1-5 Years
Salary: 15,000 to 20,000(+3000 petrol allowance)
TWO-WHEELER IS MUST along with VALID DRIVING LICENCE
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day interior site activities
- Coordinate with designers, vendors, and workers on-site
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications
- Monitor material usage and maintain site stock
- Handle site measurements and execution planning
- Maintain quality standards and safety regulations
- Track project progress and meet deadlines
- Resolve on-site issues and report updates to management
- Ensure proper manpower allocation and productivity
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of interior fit-out works
- Basic understanding of drawings (AutoCAD preferred)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Time management and leadership skills
Qualification:
- Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Civil, or related field
Additional Requirements:
- Willing to travel to different project sites
- Immediate Joiners preferred
