Job Summary
We are hiring a Warehouse Operations Executive to handle inventory control, PO/GRN processes, and overall warehouse activities. The candidate should ensure accurate stock management and smooth coordination with internal teams and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily warehouse operations (inward & outward)
Verify stock against Purchase Orders (PO) and process GRN
Perform stock checking, reconciliation, and inventory control
Track and follow up on sample movement and dispatch
Maintain proper documentation and records
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams
Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization
Requirements
Any Graduate
2–3 years of warehouse or inventory experience
Knowledge of PO, GRN, and stock handling
Basic knowledge of ERP/software like Tally
Good communication and coordination skills
