Job Description
🚀 About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to grow our customer base and drive revenue. The role involves identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals.
📈 Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new leads (online & offline)
Reach out to potential clients via calls, meetings, and visits
Present and explain products/services to customers
Convert leads into paying customers
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Achieve monthly sales targets
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams
Track and report sales performance

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic sales and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
Willingness to travel (if field role)
Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM tools)
