A Bancassurance Officer/Manager drives insurance product sales within bank branches by leveraging bank customer relationships. They act as the link between insurance companies and banks, responsible for lead generation, conducting sales presentations, achieving targets, training branch staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance. 

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Generation: Drive the sales of life and health insurance products to bank walk-in customers and existing clients.
• Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with bank branch managers and staff to facilitate lead generation and joint sales calls.
• Product Training: Conduct training sessions and presentations on insurance products for bank employees to increase awareness.
• Customer Counseling: Provide financial advisory services to understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Strategy Implementation: Implement marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Compliance: Ensure all insurance selling processes comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
