Job Description:

Pearls Pro Financial Advisory is hiring Financial Advisors to handle Life and Health Insurance advisory. The role involves interacting with clients, understanding their financial needs, and recommending suitable insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with potential clients and build relationships
  • Understand client financial needs and risk profile
  • Recommend suitable Life and Health Insurance plans
  • Generate leads through calls, references, and networking
  • Convert leads into business
  • Support clients with policy purchase, renewal, and basic queries

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 6 months to 3 years experience in sales or insurance
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Competitive mindset
