Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for dedicated and hardworking Commis (1 / 2 / 3) to join our kitchen team. The candidate will assist in food preparation, maintain kitchen hygiene standards, and support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations. The role level (Commis 1, 2, or 3) will depend on experience and skill level.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparation and cooking of food as per standard recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients and food items
- Assist senior chefs (CDP / Sous Chef) in daily operations
- Maintain stock levels and inform senior staff about shortages
- Ensure timely food preparation during service hours
