Purchase Executive

We are seeking a Purchase Executive with hands-on experience in procurement for industrial and engineering components. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, vendor coordination, and ensuring timely availability of components required for electroplating plants, tanks, automation systems, and related equipment.

Experience Required: 2–3 Years (Preferably in Industrial / Manufacturing Sector)

Education : Diploma ITI / Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end procurement of raw materials, electrical components, and industrial equipment
• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
• Prepare and process purchase orders as per project requirements
• Coordinate with design, production, and project teams for material planning
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid project delays
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock
• Verify quality and specifications of incoming materials
• Maintain purchase records, invoices, and documentation
• Track market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Required Skills & Qualifications:2–3 years of experience in purchase/procurement (industrial/manufacturing preferred)
• Basic knowledge of industrial engineering components (tanks, piping, fabrication items, etc.)
• Basic understanding of electrical components (panels, wiring materials, PLC-related items – added advantage)
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple requirements
• Additional Requirements:Willingness to travel for vendor visits and material sourcing
• Must hold a valid driving license
• Familiarity with local and industrial markets is preferred
