Job Summary

A Jewellery Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing jewellery products, achieving sales targets, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and ensuring a premium shopping experience in the showroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
• Explain product features, quality standards, gemstone details, and pricing.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Handle billing, invoicing, and payment procedures accurately.
• Maintain product displays and showroom presentation.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, repairs, exchanges, and promotions.
• Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures.
• Assist in stock verification and inventory management.
• Stay updated on jewellery trends, designs, and product knowledge.

Required Qualifications

• Higher Secondary (12th Pass), Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree.
• Previous experience in jewellery, retail, luxury goods, or customer service is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
