Job Description
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Life Insurance Advisors. The role involves helping clients choose suitable life insurance plans based on their financial needs and long-term goals. Candidates should have good communication skills and a passion for sales and customer service.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify potential customers through networking, referrals, and lead generation
- Explain life insurance products, benefits, and policy terms to clients
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable insurance plans
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Assist customers with documentation and policy application processes
- Follow up on leads and policy renewals
- Provide after-sales support and claims assistance when required
- Stay updated with insurance products and industry regulations
- Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic knowledge of insurance and financial products

- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate
