Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Loan Sales Manager to lead and drive the sales team for loan products. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing a team, and building strong relationships with customers and financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of sales executives/telecallers
- Drive sales for Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, etc.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Generate leads through field sales, references, and marketing activities
- Build and maintain relationships with banks and NBFC partners
- Monitor team performance and provide training & support
- Ensure proper documentation and smooth loan processing
- Maintain daily MIS and sales reports
