Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities – Real Estate Marketing Executive
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote real estate projects and generate leads.
Manage social media platforms, digital campaigns, and online property advertisements.
Coordinate with sales teams to support lead conversion and customer engagement.
Create marketing materials such as brochures, banners, presentations, and promotional content.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
Organize property events, site visits, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
Maintain relationships with clients, channel partners, and advertising agencies.
Track marketing performance, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns for better results.
Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication.
Ensure brand visibility and maintain a positive company image in the real estate market.
